Description

Celeste is the Toreador Prince of . She rules fairly, at least a fair as a blood sucking monster can, and her subjects live quietly. She's declared the Museum, City Hall, and Police Headquarters as Elysium, with no violence being tolerated there. Despite her nature, the lowly brujah who once violated her decree was no longer seen again. Some say he died at Celeste's own hands, though none saw the deed. Once in a while, she seems to glaze over, as if remembering something from a past she wants to forget. In these states it's best to leave her be, as she tends to get violent, and more than one servant have found themselves at the brunt end of her fury.
